Envinate Benje Tinto 2024
Envínate Benje Tinto 2023 is a red wine produced by the Envínate collective in collaboration with local growers in Santiago del Teide, within the Ycoden-Daute-Isora D.O. The wine is a blend of Listán Negro and Tintilla, sourced from vineyards located at around 1,000 meters of altitude, with vines aged between 70 and 120 years.
The grapes undergo cold maceration without destemming, followed by fermentation in a combination of vessels: plastic vats, concrete tanks, and French oak barrels.
Finally, the wine is aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. It is bottled without fining, filtration, or SO₂ stabilization.
