Le Nadir L’Amant Blanc 2023 is a white wine produced by Domaine Le Nadir in Saumur, in the Loire Valley, France.
The wine is a single-varietal Chenin Blanc, sourced from vineyards planted on Jurassic limestone soils.
Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, followed by 6 months of ageing in used French oak barrels.
The wine is neither filtered nor stabilized, preserving a pure and direct expression of the terroir.
