Mythopia Disobedience 2019 Orange
Mythopia Disobedience Orange 2019 is a skin-contact white wine produced by Mythopia Winery in Sion, in the commune of Arbaz, Switzerland.
The wine is a single-varietal Chasselas, also known locally as Fendant.
It undergoes a 12-month maceration on its skins before the skins are removed and the wine is aged for an additional two years in French oak barrels.
Unfiltered, unstabilized, and made without the addition of sulfit
