Domaine La Bohème, J-2023 Jacquère is an orange wine (skin-contact white) crafted by Patrick Bouju in Auvergne, France. This monovarietal Jacquère is made from purchased grapes sourced from Savoie, specifically from Les Abymes, Myans (negoce).
The winemaking process begins with direct pressing followed by 21 days of skin contact. Fermentation is spontaneous, carried out with native yeasts, and the grapes undergo partial destemming (50%).
The wine is aged for one year in amphorae. No sulfites are added and the wine is bottled unfiltered and unfined.
