Patrick Bouju Domaine La Bohemme M 2022 White Wine
Patrick Bouju Domaine La Bohème Lulu Tinto 2023 is a red wine produced by Patrick Bouju in the Auvergne region of France.
The wine is a single-varietal Gamay sourced from old vines (around 80 years old) planted on volcanic soils, typical of the Auvergne terroir.
Vinification is carried out through spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in clay amphorae, using semi-carbonic maceration to enhance freshness and fruit expression.
The wine is then aged for 12 months in old French oak barrels, aiming to integrate structure and complexity while preserving its vibrant and energetic character.
Unfined and unfiltered wine.
