Patrick Bouju Domaine La Boheme Chardonnay 2023 White Wine
Patrick Bouju Domaine La Bohème Chardonnay Blanco 2023 is a white wine produced by Patrick Bouju as part of his Domaine La Bohème négociant project in Auvergne, France.
The wine is a single-varietal Chardonnay (négoce) sourced from vineyards in the Jura region, where limestone and white marl soils bring tension, structure and strong mineral character to the wine.
Vinification is carried out through spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, with no enological additives, following the producer’s low-intervention philosophy.
The wine is then aged on its lees for approximately 2 years in sandstone amphorae, aiming to build texture, depth and complexity while preserving purity and site expression.
Unfined and unfiltered wine.
