Anders Frederik C´est dans les yeux qu´on le voit 2019 Sweet Wine

Anders Frederik Steen C'est dans les yeux qu'on le voit Dulce 2019 is a natural sweet wine produced by Anders Frederik Steen in the French region of Ardèche.

The wine is a blend of Grenache Noir and Chardonnay sourced both from estate vineyards and from grapes purchased from their neighbours at Domaine du Mazel.

Originally conceived as a Chardonnay white wine, the project evolved with the addition of direct-pressed Grenache Noir juice, followed by rosé juice and a small proportion of Grenache Noir

The grapes undergo a maceration of just over 6 weeks before being transferred to demi-muids, where the wine remains without topping up or racking. The wine retains around 35 grams of natural residual sugar from the grapes themselves.
