Cati Ribot Cambuix 2023 Rose Wine
V’d avior Cambuix 2023 is a young rosé wine made from Callet, Escursac, and Mantonegro grapes grown in Santa Margalida, Mallorca. The vineyards are rooted in Call Vermell soils, a distinctive type of pink clay typical of the region.
This wine is produced following the principles of biodynamic agriculture, natural winemaking, and is 100% vegan. A portion of the wine is aged for 4 months in 500L French oak barrels, which lends subtlety and complexity without sacrificing its freshness or intensity.
Cambuix means “disheveled” in Mallorquín—a name inspired by a hailstorm that left the vineyard completely messed
