Frisach Luyt Puny De L´Àngel 2021 Rose Wine
Frisach Luyt Puny De L’Àngel Rosado 2021 is a rosé wine produced by Celler Frisach in the Terra Alta region.
The wine is a blend of Parellada sourced from vineyards located at 400 meters above sea level with clay and pebble soils, and Cariñena from vineyards situated at 350 meters above sea level with red sandy soils.
The wine undergoes carbonic maceration before spontaneously fermenting with indigenous yeasts.
It is then aged for 8 months on its own lees in stainless steel tanks.
Unfiltered and unstabilized wine.
