Cati Ribot Bosquet Sparkling Rose 2023
Cati Ribot Bosquet is a pét-nat made from Escursac and Fogoneu, produced in Santa Margalida on the island of Palma de Mallorca. The vineyard soils are Call Vermell, a type of pink clay.
Grown according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture and vinified using the ancestral method, Bosquet is a pét-nat that undergoes a short skin maceration with the Escursac variety, followed by refermentation with Fogoneu, which begins in tank and finishes in the bottle.
A fluid and fresh wine that reflects the Mallorca terroir. These are high-level sparkling wines.
