Pascal Doquet Horizon NV Sparkling Wine
Pascal Doquet HorizonEspumoso NV is a sparkling wine produced by the Pascal Doquet winery in the village of Vertus, located in the Côte des Blancs. Most of its vineyards are classified as Premier Cru or Grand Cru. The wine is a Chardonnay varietal. The vineyard soils are limestone-based.
The wine is made with 68% vintage wines and 32% reserve wines dating back to 2012. It undergoes aging on its lees for over three years, which brings complexity and depth. A dosage of less than 5g/l is added.
This is a Champagne with fine, creamy bubbles, a sparkling wine marked by lively acidity and a certain minerality, with notes of toasted almonds.
