Nuria Renom Everything But The Kitchen Sink Espumoso 2019
Núria Renom Everything But The Kitchen Sink Sparkling 2019 is a sparkling wine produced by Núria Renom in the Penedès region.
The wine is a multi-varietal blend of Tempranillo (25%), Macabeu (30%), Merlot (20%), and Moscatel de Alejandría (20%), sourced from vineyards with limestone soils in Can Barceló and Sant Pere de Ribes.
The Tempranillo undergoes direct pressing with complete destemming, while the remaining varieties are subjected to skin maceration, saignée, and carbonic maceration in stainless steel. The wine completes its fermentation in bottle on fine lees, ageing for 9 months prior to disgorgement.
