Il Ceo Groppea 2023 Red Wine
Il Ceo Groppea Rosato 2023 is a rosé wine produced by Il Ceo winery in the town of Breganze, in the Veneto region.
The wine is a blend of Vespaiola and Groppella, both native varieties of Veneto.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, undergoing a 60-day carbonic maceration. The wine is then aged on its lees in fiberglass tanks for 6 months.
The wine is neither fined, filtered, nor stabilized.
