Il Ceo Frizzante Rosado 2024 Sparkling Wine
Il Ceo Frizzante Rosado 2024 Sparkling is a sparkling wine produced by Il Ceo winery in the town of Breganze, in the Veneto region.
The wine is a blend of Merlot, Syrah, and Gropello.
Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and fiberglass tanks. The wine is then aged on its lees in these same vessels for 6 months.
A second fermentation takes place in bottle, using must that was frozen at the time of pressing in order to trigger the secondary fermentation.
The wine is neither fined, filtered, nor stabilized.
