Terroir Al Limit Roc D'Aubaga Rosado 2017
Terroir al Límit Roc d’Aubaga Rosado 2017 is a rosé wine produced in the Priorat region.
The wine is a blend of Grenache varieties (Grenache Blanc, Grenache Noir and Grenache Gris) sourced from vineyards with the characteristic slate soils of Priorat.
The harvest is carried out manually, and the grapes ferment spontaneously with indigenous yeasts using whole clusters.
The wine is aged in tanks and large neutral vessels in order to preserve freshness and tension while avoiding excessive influence from oak.
