Alfredo Maestro Viña Almate Red Wine 2022
Alfredo Maestro Viña Almate Tinto 2022 is a red wine produced by Bodegas Alfredo Maestro in the towns of Peñafiel and Valtiendas, Valladolid.
The wine is a single-varietal Tempranillo sourced from vineyards cultivated without chemical products. The grapes are fully destemmed before pressing.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, vinified separately by plot. Maceration lasts between 12 and 15 days, and malolactic fermentation occurs before racking.
The wine is aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
