Andrea Calek Babiole Tinto 2022
Andrea Calek Babiole Tinto 2023 is a red wine produced by Andrea Calek in the Ardèche area, within the Rhône region. This wine is a blend of Grenache (40%) and Syrah (60%). The vineyards are planted on grey marl and silty soils.
The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, following natural winemaking methods and biodynamic farming practices. Fermentation takes place in glass vats with a 10-day maceration.
It is then aged for 10 months in concrete tanks. The wine is neither fined nor filtered.
