Antoine Jobard Beaune Montrevots 1º Cru 2023 White Wine
Antoine Jobard Bourgogne Blanc White 2023 is a white wine produced by Domaine Antoine Jobard within the A.O.C. Bourgogne in France.
The wine is a single-varietal Chardonnay sourced from vineyards located in Meursault, planted with vines over 30 years old on clay-limestone soils.
The grapes are directly pressed, and the must is left to settle in stainless steel tanks for 12 to 24 hours. Fermentation begins spontaneously with native yeasts in French oak barrels.
The wine is then aged on its lees in these barrels, with bâtonnage carried out during the 20 to 24 months of maturation.
