It is a multi‑varietal blend of Sousón, Mencía, and Tinta Amarela. In the vineyard, work follows the principles of natural agriculture: minimal intervention and trust in the inherent rhythms of the ecosystem.
In the winery, the same approach applies—spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, followed by nine months of aging on lees in French oak barrels. This process brings texture and character while preserving the wine’s Atlantic essence.
