Bhilar Sasikume 2024 Red Wine
Bhilar Sakisume Red 2024 is a red wine produced by Bodegas Bhilar in Rioja Alavesa.
It is a single-varietal wine made from Bastarda(known locally as Sasikume in Basque), sourced from vineyards certified biodynamic by Demeter.
The wine ferments spontaneously with native yeasts in concrete tanks without temperature control, using 100% whole clusters.
After one month of aging on its fine lees in these tanks, the wine is bottled in December of the same year without fining, filtering, or stabilization.
