Chiara Condello Tre Vigne Tinto 2021
Chiara Condello Tre Vigne Rosso 2021 is a red wine produced by Chiara Condello in the Italian region of Emilia-Romagna.
It is a single-varietal Sangiovese sourced from old vines planted on clay-limestone and calcareous sandstone soils at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level.
The grapes are destemmed and undergo a 30-day skin maceration in stainless steel tanks and wooden vats, where fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts.
The wine is then aged for 12 months in 3,500-liter Slovak oak foudres.
