Clos Lentiscus Kikiriki 1L 2019 Red Wine
Clos Lentiscus Kikiriki 1L Tinto 2019 is a red wine produced by Clos Lentiscus in Penedès. It is a blend of Cariñena and Tempranillo. The vineyards are planted on sandy and calcareous soils, surrounded by lush Mediterranean forest.
The estate is farmed organically, without the use of chemicals, and biodynamic practices are applied to preserve the natural balance of the terroir. Both grape varieties are harvested together at their optimal ripeness.
In the winery, the grapes are gently crushed and then undergo spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, where the wine remains for 8 months. Finally, it is bottled without the addition of sulfites.
