Daniel Sage Fonte Des Neiges Rouge 2023 is a red wine produced by Daniel Sage in Ardèche, in the Northern Rhône.
It is a single-varietal Merlot made under a négociant approach, with grapes sourced from vineyards owned by Vincent Fargier in Villeneuve-de-Berg, Ardèche.
The wine ferments spontaneously with native yeasts and remains on its skins for around two weeks.
It is aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels.
Unfiltered, unfined, and unstabilized.
