Domaine de Chevillard AOP Savoie Pinot Noir & Gamay Red 2023 is a red wine produced by Domaine de Chevillard in Savoie, in the French Alps.
It is a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay from some of the best parcels in Saint-Pierre-d’Albigny.
The grapes are fully destemmed and undergo skin maceration for 2 to 4 weeks with daily pump-overs.
The wine is aged in French oak barrels.
It is neither fined nor filtered, and the estate is certified Demeter (biodynamic viticulture).
