Domaine Roc Breïa Pinot Noir 2023 Red Wine
Domaine Roc Breïa Pinot Noir 2023 is a red wine produced by Théo Dancer in Mâconnais, the southernmost region of Burgundy. It is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Both come from old vineyards, with the Pinot Noir being slightly younger, planted in the 1980s.
The wine ferments spontaneously, with half of the grape bunches left whole, in 500L French oak barrels where it remains for the following 12 months without bâtonnage.
A small amount of sulfur is added at the end for stabilization. This is a wine with great aging potential.
