Dominio de Greda Bastarda 2023 Red Wine
Dominio de Greda Bastarda Red 2023 is a red wine produced by the Dominio de Greda project in the Ribera del Duero region.
It is a single-varietal Bobal sourced from old vines grown on clay-limestone soils with low organic matter, which contribute both concentration and natural freshness. These vineyards were historically undervalued and often overlooked in the area—hence the name Bastarda.
Vinification is carried out with spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts, aiming for a gentle extraction to preserve the true expression of the vineyard.
The wine is then aged for several months in used oak barrels, maintaining its fruit-driven profile and the identity of its terroir.
Unfined, unfiltered.
