Elisabetta Foradori Morei Cilíndrica 2023 Red Wine
Elisabetta Foradori Red 2023 is a red wine produced by Elisabetta Foradori winery in the Vignette delle Dolomiti region.
The wine is a single-varietal made from Teroldego, a native grape that Elisabetta is helping to revive. The vineyard soils are clay and gravel, and the vines are around 20 years old.
Fermentation takes place in cement tanks, followed by 12 months of aging in used French oak barrels and clay amphorae.
The wine is neither stabilized, filtered, nor fined and is Demeter certified.
