Envínate Albahra 2021 Red Wine
Envínate Albahra 2021 is a red wine made from 100% Garnacha Tintorera, sourced from vineyards planted in Almansa, Albacete. The vines grow on calcareous and clay soils.
During vinification, 40% of the grapes are fermented with stems in cement vats, using native yeasts. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in these same vats, where the wine is then aged for 5 months.
Envínate Albahra 2021 stands out as a light and elegant red an uncommon style for Castilla-La Mancha.
