Hacienda Grimón Lestón Crianza 2021 Red Wine
Hacienda Grimón Lestón Crianza Tinto 2021 is a red wine produced by Bodegas Hacienda Grimón in the Valle de la Jubera, under the D.O. Rioja appellation. It is a multi‑varietal blend of Tempranillo (85%), Garnacha Tinta (10%), and Graciano (5%).
The vineyards, planted at around 600 m above sea level, yield low quantities of grapes that offer high quality. Fermentation takes place in 15,000‑litre stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 29 °C.
The winery follows organic farming methods and avoids using herbicides in the vineyards.
The wine is aged for 14 months in a combination of American oak (60%) and French oak (40%) barrels.
