Jardins de la Martiniere Koki 2018 Red Wine
Jardins de la Martinière Kô Ki Tinto 2018 is a red wine made by Les Jardins de la Martinière in Coutures, Anjou, Loire Valley, France.
It is a single-varietal Cabernet Franc from a parcel of around 70-year-old vines, resulting in a deeper and more animal expression of the variety.
The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo 10 days of carbonic maceration, followed by one week of daily pigeage. The wine then continues its fermentation and ageing for two years in fibreglass tanks, developing complexity and depth.
It is bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulphites.
