Jean Baptiste Ponceau 2021 Red Wine
Jean Baptiste Ponceau Tinto 2021 is a red wine produced by Jean Baptiste Hardy in the village of Mouzillon, within the Muscadet region.
The wine is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot sourced from south-facing vineyards with granitic soils.
The wine ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts before being aged in used 450L French oak barrels and concrete vessels.
It then undergoes an additional 18 months of aging in 228L oak barrels.
Unfiltered and unfined wine.
