Jorge Olivera As Nabatas 2023 White Wine
Jorge Olivera As Nabatas White 2023 is a white wine produced in Coscojuela de Sobrarbe, Huesca, in Aragón, Spain.
The wine is a blend of Macabeo (60%) and Chardonnay (40%), sourced from vineyards with sandy limestone soils.
A full destemming is carried out, followed by a 10-day skin maceration. Fermentation then takes place in plastic tanks using indigenous yeasts.
The wine undergoes a 2-month aging period for settling and clarification by gravity in stainless steel tanks, before being aged for 12 months in 500L Stockinger barrels.
This wine is neither filtered, stabilized, nor fined.
