Jorge Olivera Negiro Red 2023 is a red wine produced in Coscojuela de Sobrarbe, in Huesca, Aragón.
The wine is a field blend of 70% Moristel and 30% Garnacha from vineyards planted on sandy-calcareous soils.
The grapes are fully destemmed before undergoing a 12-day fermentation in 1,000-liter plastic tanks.
The wine is then aged for 12 months in Stockinger barrels.
It is bottled without filtering, fining, or stabilization.
