La Rural Ull De Lebre 2022 Red Wine
La Rural Ull de Lebre Tinto 202 is a red wine produced by Bodegas Ull de Lebre in the town of Santes Creus, Catalonia.
The wine is a blend of 90% Ull de Lebre (the local name for Tempranillo) and 10% Garnacha Tinta, sourced from clay-limestone vineyards located at around 500 meters above sea level.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously with native yeasts at controlled temperature, with 2 days of skin contact.
A gentle pressing follows, and the wine is aged on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
