La Senda Har Megiddo 2023 Red Wine
La Senda Har Megiddo Tinto 2023 is a red wine produced by Bodegas La Senda under the D.O. Bierzo. It is a pluri-varietal of Mencía, trousseau, and many more sourced from old vineyards—between 60 and 95 years old—planted on clay and slate soils at around 600 meters above sea level.
The grapes undergo a short skin maceration of 4 to 5 days following a manual destemming. Vineyard work follows the principles of biodynamic agriculture.
The wine is aged for 6 to 8 months in French oak barrels. It is bottled without any filtration or fining, and no sulfites are added.
