Les Monts Hautes Côte de Beaune "Les Crucibées" Monopole 2024 Red Wine

Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Au Bout Du Monde Blanco 2023 is a white wine produced by Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey within the A.O.C. Bourgogne in France.

The wine is a single-varietal Chardonnay sourced from remote and cold vineyards, with vines over 30 years old planted on clay and chalk soils.

The grapes are directly pressed, and the must is left to settle in stainless steel tanks for 12 to 24 hours. Fermentation begins spontaneously with native yeasts in French oak barrels. The wine is then aged on its lees in these barrels, with bâtonnage performed throughout the 16 to 20 months of maturation.
