Luís Pérez El Triángulo 2021 Red Wine
Luís Pérez El Triángulo Red 2021 is a red wine produced by Luís Pérez under the Vinos de la Tierra de Cádiz designation.
This wine is a single-varietal Tintilla de Rota from vineyards planted at Hacienda Vistahermosa, located in the heart of the Jerez wine region, on Albariza soils.
The grapes undergo a pre-fermentation maceration at 5ºC, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 22ºC, with frequent punch-downs.
Fifteen percent of the wine is aged for 5 months in used French oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine is neither fined nor filtered.
