MicroBioWines La Resistencia Blanco 2022 is a white wine produced by MicroBioWines ine of Ni the villageva, in Castilla y León.

It is a single-varietal Verdejo sourced from vineyards planted on stony, silica-rich soils, which contribute freshness and tension to the wine.

The winemaking process begins with direct pressing using a vertical press. The must then undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in 1,800-liter clay amphorae over 250 years old, where it also ages on its lees for 9 months.

The wine is neither fined nor filtered, preserving its full natural expression and authenticity.
