Nanclares Y Prieto Ánfora Vermella 2022 Red Wine
Nanclares y Prieto Ánfora Vermella Tinto 2022 is a red wine produced by Nanclares y Prieto in the Val do Salnés subzone of Rías Baixas.
The wine is a single-varietal Caiño made using traditional winemaking methods. The grapes are foot-trodden and fermented with 100% whole clusters in clay amphorae.
Spontaneous fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts, with a small addition of SO2 and without settling. After approximately 21 days, the wine is pressed and aged on its lees with bâtonnage for 3 months.
It is then aged for 11 months on its lees.
Unfined and unfiltered wine.
