Nanclares Y Prieto Labores Da Silvia 2022 Red Wine
Nanclares y Prieto Labores Da Silvia Tinto 2022 is a red wine produced by Nanclares y Prieto in the Val do Salnés subzone of Rías Baixas.
The wine is a single-varietal Caiño Tinto sourced from vineyards between (decomposed granite)15 and 95 years old, planted on Xabre soils and sandy-loam soils over granitic bedrock in the remaining parcels.
The grapes are foot-trodden with 100% whole clusters and fermented for 21 days in French oak vats. After pressing, the wine undergoes weekly bâtonnage for 3 months and is then aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels.
Unfined and unfiltered wine.
