Perdido No Viño 2022 Red Wine
Perdido No Viño Red 2022 is a red wine produced by the Perdido No Viño winery in the parish of Rosende, in Sober, at the heart of the Ribeira Sacra region in Galicia.
It is a multi-varietal wine made from both red and white grape varieties: 95% red grapes—Mencía (80%) and Garnacha Tintorera (20%)—and 5% white varieties, Palomino, Godello, and Albariño, sourced from old vines with an average age of over 60 years.
The wine undergoes a 20-day semi-carbonic maceration with whole clusters for the Garnacha Tintorera. The remaining grapes are destemmed, while the white varieties undergo a 10-day maceration.
It is aged for 6 months on its fine lees in French oak barrels and is bottled without filtration, stabilization, or fining.
