Piero Benevelli Dolcetto D´Alba 2024 Red Wine
Piero Benevelli Dolcetto d’Alba Red 2024 is a red wine produced by Piero Benevelli within the Dolcetto d'Alba DOC appellation in the heart of Piedmont, Italy.
The wine is made from 100% Dolcetto, sourced from the “La Costa” vineyard, planted in 1986 on poor calcareous soils.
Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, where the wine then remains aging on its own lees for 7 months, enhancing texture and complexity while preserving the varietal’s freshness and fruit expression.
