Pierre Cotton Gamay 2023 Red Wine
Pierre Cotton Gamay 2023 is a red wine produced by Pierre Cotton, a single-varietal Gamay made within the AOC Beaujolais.
The vineyard soils are granitic, and although not certified, the vineyard is farmed biodynamically. The winemaking follows a low-intervention philosophy, always aiming to express the purest character of the grape.
The wine undergoes carbonic maceration in concrete tanks, and fermentation is spontaneous with native yeasts. It is bottled without fining, filtration, or the addition of sulfites.
