Quinta Milú El Malo 2019 Red Wine
Quinta Milú Milú 2019 is a red wine produced in the D.O. Ribera del Duero by Quinta Milú in La Aguilera, Burgos. This wine is a single-varietal Tempranillo sourced from estates with 40-year-old vines. Quinta Milú is a small project run by Germán R. Blanco.
Its philosophy is to interpret the land and the vintage as faithfully as possible, intervening minimally in the winemaking process and ensuring that oak does not interfere with the final aromas and flavors.
Quinta Milú is crafted from the youngest Tempranillo vineyards. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 15 months in used French oak barrels. Producción limitada a 750 botellas
