Raúl Pérez La Clave 2022 Red Wine
Raúl Pérez La Clave Red 2022 is a red wine produced by Raúl Pérez in the village of Valtuille, in the Bierzo region.
The wine is a blend dominated by Mencía (90%), co-planted with old vines growing on clay-limestone soils.
The grapes are partially destemmed and macerate for 30 days with frequent punch-downs, followed by spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and French oak vats.
The wine is aged for 6 months in second-year French oak barrels.
