Thibaud Pierson Vin des Anciennes Rouge 2025 is a red wine produced by Thibaud Pierson in the village of Poligny, in the Jura.
It is a field blend of Pinot Noir, Trousseau, Ploussard and Gamay, sourced from a single old vineyard where all these varieties are planted together.
The wine aims to reflect the classic, traditional spirit of the Jura, with co-planted varieties vinified together.
Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, followed by ageing on its lees in used French oak barrels.
The wine is bottled without fining, filtration or stabilization.
