Vike Vike Ghirada Fitiloghe 2020 Red Wine
Vike Vike Ghirada Fitiloghe Red 2020 is a red wine produced by Vike Vike winery in Mamoiada, on the island of Sardinia, Italy.
The wine is a single-varietal Cannonau, coming from vineyards around 15 years old planted on granite soils at approximately 750 meters above sea level.
The vineyards are worked with very low yields, and fermentation takes place in 1,000-liter tanks. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks for 18 months.
It is bottled without fining, filtering, or stabilization, preserving the wine’s natural character and expression.
