Viña Zorzal Nat Cool Red 2024 is a red wine produced by Viña Zorzal in collaboration with Matías Michelini in Navarra, Spain.
It is a single-varietal Graciano, sourced from a vineyard located in the village of Corella.
The grapes are 100% destemmed, followed by spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in 3,000-liter stainless steel and concrete tanks. The wine then undergoes ageing in 500-liter oak barrels and concrete tanks.
This wine is a clear expression of the Nat Cool movement, initiated in Portugal by Niepoort, which focuses on minimal-intervention wines that are light, fresh, and easy to drink.
