Vincent Marie Tournoel Riot 2021 Red Wine
Jean-Marc Dreyer Beate 2023 is a white wine made by Jean-Marc Dreyer in Rosheim, Alsace, France.
The wine is a blend of 50% Riesling and 50% Sylvaner, sourced from vines between 47 and 68 years old, planted on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are hand-harvested and both varieties are directly pressed, without skin maceration.
The must undergoes spontaneous fermentation and the wine is then aged for approximately 11 months in used Alsatian foudres, where it develops structure and complexity while retaining the freshness of the varieties.
It is bottled unfiltered and without the addition of SO₂. This is a traditional-style wine within Dreyer’s natural approach, aiming for minimal intervention in the cellar.
