Wasenhaus Bellen Spätburgunder Landwein Red 2024 is a red wine produced by Wasenhaus in the villages of Kirchhofen and Pfaffenweiler in Baden.
It is a single-varietal Spätburgunder(Pinot Noir) sourced from vineyards with sandy soils.
The wine ferments spontaneously with native yeasts, using 40% whole clusters, first undergoing alcoholic fermentation followed by a cold fermentation.
It is aged for 16 months in used French oak barrels
